Three new preprints posted on bioRxiv!

The first manuscript is by postdoc Nina Schweizer, who mapped the sub-centrosomal distribution of γTuRC and identified a novel role in the centriole lumen!

The second manuscript is by former PhD student Ricardo Viais, who analyzed the effects of knocking out augmin-dependent nucleation in neural progenitor cells in mice – he found augmin is essential for brain development!

The third paper is by Ilaria Dutto, a postdoc co-hosted by our group and the Stracker group (NIH-NCI, Bethesda, USA). Ilaria discovered surprising ciliary roles of ADSL, an enzyme of the de novo purine synthesis pathway that is mutated in human patients suffering from ADSL deficiency (ADSLD)!
